Mailboxes are included, storage is what you pay for

Storage is shared across your team
The space on your plan is a single pool. One person can use more than another, and nobody has an artificial limit forced on them. You can set a ceiling per mailbox so a single account cannot fill the pool.
Aliases and forwarders do not count as mailboxes
Addresses like info@ or sales@ that route to an existing inbox cost nothing and are not counted. Only a real mailbox with its own login counts toward the number on your plan.
