Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer here? Our engineers reply personally, usually within hours.

Card and wallet payments are handled by our payment provider, so your card details never reach Pladinum servers and every transaction is encrypted in transit. Crypto payments go directly to our own wallets, with no third party in between. We never store full card numbers, and access to billing records is limited to the people who need it.

Hosting plans are refundable within 30 days of the purchase or renewal date. New domain registrations can be refunded within 96 hours, and domain transfers only where the transfer did not complete. SSL certificates are refundable within 30 days. Crypto payments are not returned to the original wallet, but an approved refund can be credited to your account balance. Full conditions are set out in our Refund Policy.

Check that the card details and billing address are correct, then try again or choose another payment method. Banks sometimes block a first payment to a new merchant, so approving it in your banking app usually resolves it. If the payment still will not go through, contact us and we will look at it with you before anything is suspended.

All prices are in euros. Spanish IVA is added where it applies, and EU business customers with a valid VAT number can be invoiced under the reverse charge rules. The exact amount, including any tax, is always shown before you confirm a payment.

Services renew automatically at the end of each term, and we send a reminder by email before the charge is taken. Card and SEPA Direct Debit payments renew on their own. Bank transfer, iDEAL, Bancontact, and crypto are one-off payments, so those renewals need you to pay each time. You can cancel a renewal at any point before it is charged.

Yes. Every payment produces a VAT invoice with your company details, available in your account and sent by email. If you need a specific reference or purchase order number on the invoice, tell us before you pay and we will add it.
