Yes, on annual plans and longer. Migration is included with every hosting plan at that term, done by our team, with no fee. On monthly plans, our team can still handle it for a quoted fee.
Will my website go offline during the move?
No. We build and test your site on our platform while your current site stays online. The switch happens only after you approve, and your visitors never see a gap.
How do I share my login details safely?
Never through chat or email. We send you an encrypted, expiring one-time link where you enter your access details once. They are stored encrypted, used only for your migration, and removed when the move is complete.
How long does a migration take?
That depends on the size of your site and how quickly we receive access details. We scope it with you upfront so you know what to expect, and we keep you updated during the move.
Do you migrate email too?
Yes. Mailboxes, messages, and settings come along with your site. We plan the email switch together with you so nothing gets lost in between.
Do I need to do anything myself?
Very little. You share your access details through our secure link, review the test version of your site, and give the final approval. We handle everything in between.
Will my Google rankings be affected?
